Terms and Conditions for Services
If you order services described on the website https://altostratus.win (Eritarind), these terms govern the relationship between you and us in connection with ordering and providing those services.
1. Our details
- Service provider's name: Bolter OÜ
- Our address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Mustamäe linnaosa, Mustamäe tee 132-14, 12911
- Our registration number: 14781768
- Write to us: info@altostratus.win
2. Application of these terms
For the services described on the website, we apply these terms to both consumers and businesses. We enter into the contract electronically in Estonian. The content of the contract is retained in the order and confirmation emails.
3. Service descriptions and prices
The service page sets out the content and format of the service, together with its price where published. Where no price is published, we will send you a separate offer. The website or the offer specifies the currency of the price. Prices presented to consumers include VAT where payable. Before confirming your order, we will notify you of any obvious pricing error on the website. You can then decide whether to maintain your order at the correct price.
4. Placing an order and entering into a contract
- You can let us know on the service page that you wish to place an order by using the enquiry form.
- You can amend the details you have entered before submitting the form. Once the form has been submitted, you can request corrections by email.
- Upon receipt of your order or enquiry, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement by email.
- Acceptance of our offer sent by email brings the contract into existence.
5. Payment and performance of the service
When ordering on the basis of an offer, follow the payment method and deadline specified in that offer. We deliver the service as described on its website page or in the offer accepted by you. We issue an invoice for the service. If an obstacle beyond our control arises, we will notify you without delay. We will agree with you on a new time for providing the service.
6. The consumer's right of withdrawal
Under the Võlaõigusseadus (Law of Obligations Act), a consumer may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days after entering into it, without having to state a reason.
- To withdraw, send us an unambiguous statement. For example, you may email info@altostratus.win or send a letter to our address. You may use the withdrawal form below if you wish.
- We will return every payment we have received from you within 14 days at the latest following receipt of your statement. The refund will be made using the payment method you used for the original payment.
- If, as a consumer, you expressly asked us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and we did so, withdrawal requires you to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service performed by the time you withdraw.
- You cannot withdraw once we have performed the service in full with your prior express consent as a consumer and your acknowledgement that this entails losing your right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied otherwise than on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is likewise excluded where supply has started with your express consent as a consumer and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.
